Yata Technologies Inc. is a private company incorporated on July 14th 2017 in the Province of Ontario in Canada. The company headquarters are in Toronto which is the largest city in Canada. At Yata we believe that technology has the power to improve people’s lives and we use it to build and trade groundbreaking software, hardware and commodities.
We are a strong proponent of affordable housing hence the founding of a construction company to cut out the middle man. We believe that the world can be a much better place if the citizens of the world come together rather than work independently.

Yata Technologies Inc was founded on July 14th 2017 by Francis Xavier Ssempiira, Chairman and Chief Executive. In a business career that has spanned decades, the CEO of has dedicated his life to the quality of the places in which people live, work, play, create, learn, and shop. Having started his career as a developer in Uganda, where he was born.
Since his arrival on the Canadian landscape, Mr. Ssempiira has played a key role in the planning and mapping out of Canada’s future solutions to affordable housing which is the top concern of every Canadian current and future homeowner.
Mr. Ssempiira is committed to building a legacy of impact. His sense of social responsibility is vividly captured in the various philanthropic activities he has supported personally and through both Yata Technologies Inc and The Ssempiira Foundation.
Through his family foundation, Francis Xavier has helped hundreds of new immigrants settle in Canada upon arrival by offering time and resources to find them accommodation, jobs, education and so forth. His foundation initiated the development of the Mental Health policy framework for Uganda by inviting the Speaker of Uganda’s parliament and a delegation of Mental Health experts and legislators from Uganda to learn from the Canadian way.
By working with The Canadian Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Amber Howard Inc and other players in the field of Mental Health, the Ssempiira Foundation has helped Uganda build a Mental Health Policy Framework for 45 million People through legislation. This has cleared the way for millions of dollars in aid and government support for mental health diagnosis and treatment for a people that had barely any budget or tools to help some of the most vulnerable people on earth.
Mr. Ssempiira’s compassion and drive to innovate to solve the most pressing challenges facing mankind, have moved him to delve into mass housing construction to offer affordable housing to millions of families in desperate need for it across Canada and beyond.

Francis Xavier Ssempiira is a son, father and husband who lives in Downtown Toronto with his family. He migrated from Uganda where he worked as a teacher and still owns a school that promotes girl child education called Veronah High School (http://www.veronahigh.org/index.html).
