Yata Technologies Inc. is a private company incorporated on July 14th 2017 in the Province of Ontario in Canada. The company headquarters are in Toronto which is the largest city in Canada. At Yata we believe that technology has the power to improve people’s lives and we use it to build and trade groundbreaking software, hardware and commodities.
Yata, a Solar-Powered house that requires no down payment, agent or legal fees. It’s prefabricated, fully sustainable, easy to install and maintain.
Yata, a house developed by Yata Technologies Inc. is a novel habitat born out of the need for affordability, sustainability and inclusivity. Powered by solar (in part or entirely), the house is built using existing shipping containers that are properly insulated from within and estheticized from without. The house is mounted on a concrete foundation for stability. Containers are joined, where necessary, to increase the square footage.

We are using a foldable metallic roof in our design for a number of reasons.
Yata Technologies Inc. is probably the first company to offer its customers the power to add or subtract square footage as the need might arise
Provinces
Our solution will impact many in Ontario. A 20 x 20 square feet container can fit in many people's backyards. It can be an extra housing unit that can generate revenue or house the Nana, in-laws/ guests. With the new housing, legislation in Ontario, a home owner can add a rental unit without the need of a building permit. A 20ft x 20ft can generate $17,000 extra rental income annually to a home owner in Toronto and GTA in general.
SOLAR ENERGY
Yata Technologies Inc is working with Ecoflow Inc to ensure that all our houses are retrofitted with solar panels. This solar energy will account for 50% to 100% of every household energy needs.
ENERGY EFFICIENT APPLIANCES
We shall ensure that our housing appliances (fridges, stoves, laundry) are highly economical in energy consumption. We will also encourage our customers to use low energy bulbs and gadgets.
GREEN FOLDABLE ROOF
Our roof solution is foldable for ease of relocation and provided by an ecological company Green Metal Roofing Inc. The metallic roof is 100% recyclable.
SQUARE FOOTAGE
By allowing our customers to sell back a portion of their house, to reduce square footage, the household not only saves money on maintenance but reduces its own carbon footprint.
