Our solution will impact many in Ontario. A 20 x 20 square feet container can fit in many people's backyards. It can be an extra housing unit that can generate revenue or house the Nana, in-laws/ guests. With the new housing, legislation in Ontario, a home owner can add a rental unit without the need of a building permit. A 20ft x 20ft can generate $17,000 extra rental income annually to a home owner in Toronto and GTA in general.

These individuals will be positively impacted by our solution because all we need from them is a 12 month consecutive payment history of their rent, a 700 plus credit score and proof of a steady income. We do not need a down payment, legal fees, commission agent fees or any other fees.

Our solution will improve affordability and reduce housing costs by allowing people who cannot afford a traditional home to have access to affordable and sustainable housing. Shipping containers are very affordable and can be purchased at a reasonable price.

In addition, they are easy to transport and install, which significantly reduces construction costs. Moreso, their resistance to weather and climate change reduces maintenance and improvement costs.

We will also attain affordability by not charging down payment or legal fees or agent commission fees. Anyone who can provide a record of prompt rent payment for a year is our potential customer.

Finally, affordability is also about research, innovation development, component evolution and technology that facilitates the production process. We work with local partners to improve product quality and reduce production costs.

Yata Technologies Inc is working with Ecoflow Inc to ensure that all our houses are retrofitted with solar panels. This solar energy will account for 50% to 100% of every household energy needs.

Our roof solution is foldable for ease of relocation and provided by an ecological company Green Metal Roofing Inc. The metallic roof is 100% recyclable.

By allowing our customers to sell back a portion of their house, to reduce square footage, the household not only saves money on maintenance but reduces its own carbon footprint.
